1. What is Thunder Advertiser?
   Thunder Advertiser is the newest innovative advertising software designed to deliver your messages directly to Windows 2000, XP, and NT desktops. Each successful broadcast displays a message on the recipient's desktop. Unlike emails, you don't have to wait for users to open their inbox and read your message your message is displayed and read instantly. Thunder Advertiser has been in the market since 2003 with a huge database of satisfied clients which made us consider releasing a totally new version in december 2005 which overcome all the limitations and deliver your message globally.
   
   
2. Is this way legal or considered as spam?
   Sure, its a legal way to send your messages since this software uses built in Microsoft Windows technology to display a message onto a recipient's desktop, and these kind of messages are useful when trying to broadcast important information to multiple users. By using this software you are not using e-mail addresses or e-mail servers of any kind, and you are broadcasting directly over the Internet which is legal.

4. How will the message appear on other pc's?

5. How can I get the best performance of the software?
   Fore best performance there is one rule which is as fast as your internet connection is and the more ram you have, your messages will be sent out faster and faster.
   
   
6. What computer operating systems can SEND messages?
   Unlike many other programs that can only be used with Windows 2000 or XP, people who are running Windows95/98/ME can also send messages to computers around the world.  We have dual-technology built into the program.
   
   
7. What computer operating systems can RECEIVE messages?
   Only computers whose operating system is Windows 2000, NT, or XP can potentially receive messages.  If they are behind a firewall or proxy server or do not have 'Windows Messenger Service [not to be confused with Microsoft Windows Messenger Chat program] turned on, they will not get the message.
   
   
8. When I send a 'Test Message' to my own computer, it always fails
   Even though you can SEND messages from all of these Windows Operating Systems (95/98/ME/2000/XP), Win95/98 and ME cannot RECEIVE a message.  For you to test the program effectively, you will need to send a message to somebody you know that is not behind a Firewall.  OR, start sending to a range of IP addresses.  If the number of SENT goes above 0, you are sending them!
